I was just wondering if any one from the Cadillac ELR Forum has modified his Cadillac ELR. If you have, what have you changed/added?

I'm pretty sure it'll be the end of the year before anyone can take retail delivery of a Cadillac ELR. GM did build some at Hamtramck last month for preproduction purposes. A good question to ask might be, will any of the automotive aftermarket companies be getting their hands on an ELR in order to create something?

Some Japanese cadillac owners who love big cars have made positive changes to their cars.

Typically most Cadillacs remain unmodified. The ones that do get pimped are owned by rappers, or used in rap videos.

HOWEVER! The ELR is different than other Cadillacs, so I could see it getting some modifications, especially if there were mods that improved fuel efficiency or usability - think aerodynamic wheels, wheel splitters, and then stuff like bike rack / golf club rack etc.

Hi
Newport Convertible is now officially offering conversions on the Cadillac ELR.

Not sure how much it costs, and I wouldn't consider it, but it is a funny modification option!

Aftermarket manufacturers will not provide a very wide range of accessories for it like they do for CTS model, but I am sure some custom trunk spoilers, front bumper lips and chrome accessories are coming. You are free to buy custom rims, as they are not model specific. For now you can see what's available for this model here.
